Yamatomichi Online Shop and our Repair Division will be closed for the summer holidays from August 19 to August 29. Inquiries in English and other foreign languages will NOT be answered during this period. Details are shown below:

Summer Holiday Closure:

August 19, Friday – August 29, Sunday

Online Shop

• We will answer the inquiries (Japanese only) by email during the above period.
• The shipment will be suspended. Any orders placed after 8:30 on August 19 will be shipped on or after August 29.
• Inquiries in foreign languages including English will be answered after the summer holidays.

Repair Division

• We will receive the repair request during the above period, but the repair service will be suspended.
• We will resume our regular business on August 29.
