How to order

Select Body, Pocket and Zipper Material/Color

Choose your favorite material and color and have us make you a truly unique backpack. Take your pick of our available fabrics and colors for the body, pocket, and zipper for your very own special MINI.

1. Select body material

70D HT PC Coated Ripstop Nylon

Material: 70 Denier High-tenacity Nylon,
Polycarbonate Coating, DWR (Durable Water Repellent)
Weight: 106g/㎡

This 70 denier HT (high-tenacity) ripstop nylon fabric is our proprietary material with enhanced strength and durability compared with conventional nylon. The surface is DWR (durable water repellent) finished, and the backside is polycarbonate coated, achieving a much better anti-hydrolyzation performance than regular polyurethane-based fabrics.

We use this mainly as the body material of our packs, but you can also select it for the pocket.

In-house test results (Variations may occur according to the actual production lot):
Tensile strength (JIS L 1096 A method): 97.2kg (vertical), 63.6kg (horizontal).
Tear strength (JIS L 1096 A method): 6.8kg (vertical), 3.9kg (horizontal)
Water pressure resistance (JIS L 1092B): 4079mm

70D Silicone Coated Ripstop Nylon

Material: 70 denir nylon (Backside silicone coated)
Weight: 88g/㎡

This is the same fabric we use for our standard MINI’s body. It is a 70 denier ripstop nylon with a tough silicone coating on the back. It is a well-balanced material in terms of its durability, strength, and weight. The silicone coating on the back means that repair tape won’t stick, but it sticks fine on the front if repairs are needed.

Test results (Variations may occur according to the actual production lot):

Tensile strength (JIS L 1096 A method): 49.6kg (vertical), 42.3kg (horizontal).
Tear strength (JIS L 1096 A method): 1.9kg (vertical), 2.9kg (horizontal)

200D HT PC Coated Oxford Nylon

Material: 200 Denier High-tenacity Nylon,
Polycarbonate coating, DWR (Durable Water Repellent)
Weight: 144g/㎡

This 200 denier HT (high-tenacity) ripstop nylon fabric is our proprietary material with DWR (durable water repellent) finished on the surface, while the backside is polycarbonate coated, achieving a much better anti-hydrolyzation performance than regular polyurethane-based fabrics.

We use this mainly as the body material of our packs, but you can also select it for the pocket.

Test results (Variations may occur according to the actual production lot)
Tensile strength (JIS L 1096 A method): 206.0kg (vertical), 146.9kg (horizontal).
Tear strength (JIS L 1096 A method): 8.5kg (vertical), 7.0kg (horizontal)
Water-pressure resistance (JIS L 1092 B method): 4691mm
