Custom Order

ONE is a semi-custom order backpack that matches your specific needs.

We offer five sizes of torso lengths and four sizes of hip belts.

Select from our range of different fabrics and colors for the main body, pockets, and waterproof zipper to create your own unique pack.

Please check the sizing guide and material description below to determine your size, material, and color you like, then proceed to the purchase page.

Custom order

1. Measure your torso to select the right size.

We offer five sizes of torso lengths (XS, S, M, L, and XL) and four sizes of hip belts (XS, S, M, and L).

How to measure your torso

Decide your torso length based on the knobby bone located at each side of your hipbone.

1. Find the knobby bone at each side of your hipbone, and align your pants’ waistband at the knobby bones. The edge of the waistband is where the hipbone should be.

2. Find the backbone and extend the tape measure from the waistband to the back of your neck.

3. Slightly tilt your head forward to find the bony bump (7th cervical vertebra) and measure the distance from the waistband to the 7th cervical vertebra.

*The length from the edge of the waistband to the 7th cervical vertebra is defined as the torso length.
*To define the size of the hip belt correctly, make sure you wrap your tape measure around your hipbone. Be sure not to measure your waist.
*If you can’t decide between two sizes of the hip belt, we usually recommend the smaller size.

Customization

2. Select the fabric (material and color)

Please choose your preferred fabric for the body (roll-top and side panel), pocket material and color, and the color of the waterproof zipper from the below selection.

Select body fabric material

70D HT PC Coated Ripstop Nylon

Material: 70 Denier High-tenacity Nylon,
Polycarbonate Coating, DWR (Durable Water Repellent)
Weight: 106g/m2

This 70 denier HT (high-tenacity) ripstop nylon fabric is our proprietary material with enhanced strength and durability compared with conventional nylon. The surface is DWR (durable water repellent) finished, and the backside is polycarbonate coated, achieving a much better anti-hydrolyzation performance than regular polyurethane-based fabrics.

We use this mainly as the body material of our packs, but you can also select it for pockets.

In-house test results (Variations may occur according to the actual production lot):
Tensile strength (JIS L 1096 A method): 97.2kg (vertical), 63.6kg (horizontal).
Tear strength (JIS L 1096 A method): 6.8kg (vertical), 3.9kg (horizontal)
Water pressure resistance (JIS L 1092B): 4079mm

70D Silicone Coated Ripstop Nylon

Fabric: 70 denir nylon,
Back silicone coating
Weight: 88g/m2

This is the same fabric we use for our MINI backpack. It is a 70 denier ripstop nylon with a tough silicone coating on the back. Though tear strength is inferior to Westmark’s Skylite fabric, we think its thickness makes the fabric stronger and more durable than Skylite from an overall perspective. The silicone coating on the back means that repair tape won’t stick, but tape sticks fine on the front if repairs are needed.

Test results (Variations may occur according to the actual production lot):
Tensile strength (JIS L 1096 A method): 49.6kg (vertical), 42.3kg (horizontal).
Tear strength (JIS L 1096 A method): 1.9kg (vertical), 2.9kg (horizontal)

X-Pac LS07

Fabric: 70 denier ripstop nylon
Surface polyester resin coating
Durable Water Repellent (DWR)
Material weight: 116g/m2

X-Pac LS07 is the lightest among the X-Pac series we currently use. It is also highly water-resistant and abrasion-resistant with a firm texture, yet a certain softness. The resin coating creates a unique marbled pattern and makes the material less water-retentive, remaining lightweight even when it is wet. However, durability and strength are considered to be inferior to X-Pac VX07, and the water repellency of the surface coating can deteriorate with use.

Test results (Variations may occur according to the actual production lot):
Tensile strength (JIS L 1096 A method): 92.7kg (vertical), 42.3kg (horizontal).
Tear strength (JIS L 1096 A method): 3.5kg (vertical), 3.6kg (horizontal)
Water Pressure Resistance (JIS L1092 A method): 19986mm

200D HT PC Coated Oxford Nylon

Material: 200 Denier High-tenacity Nylon,
Polycarbonate coating, DWR (Durable Water Repellent)
Weight: 144g/m2

This 200 denier HT (high-tenacity) ripstop nylon fabric is our proprietary material with DWR (durable water repellent) finished on the surface, while the backside is polycarbonate coated, achieving a much better anti-hydrolyzation performance than regular polyurethane-based fabrics.

We use this mainly as the body material of our packs, but you can also select it for pockets.

Test results (Variations may occur according to the actual production lot)
Tensile strength (JIS L 1096 A method): 206.0kg (vertical), 146.9kg (horizontal).
Tear strength (JIS L 1096 A method): 8.5kg (vertical), 7.0kg (horizontal)
Water-pressure resistance (JIS L 1092 B method): 4691mm
