Yamatomichi Kamakura Relocation

Yamatomichi Kamakura is moving.

After years in Zaimokuza, we’re opening the doors to our new location in Yuigahama on Saturday, July 11, 2026.

Designed by Torafu Architects, the new store brings our ideas about hiking, gear, and community into a physical space.

We’ll also be starting weekly Store Programs to share what makes ultralight hiking so interesting, along with Product Focus sessions that dive deeper into the stories, details, and use of specific gear.

Closer to the station, and set where Kamakura’s mountains meet the sea, this new space is built to bring hiking culture and people together in new ways.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the new Yamatomichi Kamakura.
