| Shipping Cost and Bank Transfer Fee | The customer is to pay the shipping cost within/outside of Japan. We currently do not accept payment via bank transfer from overseas accounts. |
| Delivery | – Orders paid by 15:00 JST on weekdays or 13:30 JST on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese public holidays will be dispatched the same day. Orders paid after these cut-off times will be dispatched the following day.
– Preorder items will be dispatched according to the delivery schedule specified for each product and are not subject to the above dispatch schedule. – Dispatch may be delayed if additional confirmation of your order is required. – If delivery cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the customer, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer will be responsible for the actual outbound and return shipping charges incurred. Any refund will be limited to products successfully returned to and received by us, after deduction of these charges. If a product is lost or damaged after delivery has been attempted and before it is returned to us, its purchase price will not be refunded, unless the loss or damage is attributable to us. Delivery Method and Shipping Cost
We will ship to regions in North America, Oceania, and Europe (excluding Russia) via DHL. For regions in Asia, the Middle East, Central and South America, Africa, and Russia, we use EMS (International Express Mail Service) for shipping. Please check the shipping fee and delivery time at the time of order, as they vary depending on the shipping destination and the size/weight of the item.

| Yamato Express Nekoposu | Shipping Cost: 250 yen (Nationwide flat rate) Available Size and Weight: Within square A4 size (31.2cm x 22.8cm), within 3cm thick, within 1kg – The item will be dropped into your mailbox. If it is too large for your mailbox, the deliverer will bring it back to the local service branch. -The delivery for remote areas and islands may take a few additional days. The delivery date may also be changed due to the post office’s work efficiency and other reasons. *Nekoposu can ship only one item at a time due to the package’s physical size limitation. If you purchase multiple items at one time, we will use the delivery service offered by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport so that we can ship multiple items in one package. If you purchase more than one item, we consolidate the items in one package and ship by Sagawa Express. (For customers in Okinawa and remote islands, we use Yamato Transport.) |
