We’ve made two updates to shipping from the Yamatomichi Online Shop: same-day shipping and new packaging options at checkout.
Same-Day Shipping
Previously, orders within Japan shipped within three business days, while international orders shipped within seven days. Now, orders paid for by the following cutoff times ship the same day:
Weekdays: 15:00 JST
Weekends and public holidays: 13:30 JST
An note on packaging options
Customers can now choose from the following packaging options at checkout:
◯ Standard Packaging
The shipping label will be attached directly to the product package.
◯ Protective Packaging
The product package will be placed inside a paper bag or cardboard box before shipping.
Orders containing two or more items will be packed together in a paper bag or cardboard box and shipped as a single package, regardless of the packaging option selected.
