Each season, we send out a product survey to those who purchase from our online shop. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to respond.
Every piece of feedback is carefully reviewed by our teams, and your input helps guide improvements to our products and services.

- Restocking and adjusting the ordering schedule for replacement parts
- Updating the bottoms comparison chart and adding a banner for visibility
- Enhancing advance notices for product release schedules
- Expanding the range of sizing model photos

These are just some of the specific initiatives we’re working on.
At the same time, due to the workload on our warehouse, we may not always be able to accommodate requests such as combined shipping or free shipping for bulk orders. Some product specification requests may also take time to address.
