Our gear is designed to be ultralight and simple, but that also means it requires a bit of mindful handling.

Recently, our repair team has noticed an increase in requests for backpacks with grommets coming loose from the roll-top. To help you avoid this issue, we’d like to share a quick tip:

When opening or closing your pack, always grip the red tape firmly and use the pull tab. If you pull directly on the fabric or the grommet, there’s a chance it could loosen. Using the red tab and loop will keep your pack secure and extend its life on the trail.
